Actually a program named Oriana 2022 was done in AIIMS. This is a cultural event held every year in the college here. It is organized only by junior doctors. Creative competitions are held throughout the day as part of the programme. This was followed by a fashion show, comedy, singing night and rock band performance in the evening. Now the controversy is that in the guise of the event, there was loud music noise till late night by flouting the rules. Local people informed the police. But got no help.
Now complain to the Union Minister
In this entire matter, a complaint has been sent to the Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on behalf of the Civil Conflict Committee. In this complaint, it has been said about noise pollution near Silent Zone AIIMS Hospital till 1 pm in Oriana program. It has also been demanded that action should be taken against the officers giving permission to such an event.
Vishwajeet Mitra of Civil Sangharsh Samiti said that AIIMS comes under the noise pollution regulation and control rule 2000, where the noise level should not exceed 40 decibels after 10 pm. A video taken from a distance of 500 meters proves that the sound level there was more than 120 decibels.
FIR demand
In the complaint to the Union Minister, it has been said – the job of AIIMS management is not to entertain, that too with public money. This is an act for which suspension is not a proper punishment, done peacefully for three consecutive days with the patients taking recovery in AIIMS Raipur. The nearby residents, elderly and children are suffering due to noise pollution. The administrative officer who gave permission for this program should be immediately sacked. Take FIR against others under Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act 1986 and various sections of the IPC.

There was a crowd of thousands of people
A crowd of more than two thousand people had gathered at the AIIMS program Oriana. High level sound system was installed in a large area. Just like in big concerts. Meanwhile, singer Mohit Chauhan sang his famous songs like Sadda Haq Nadan Parinde, this experience was melodious for the people present in the program. But the hospital and the nearby residents continued to bear the noise till late in the night. Now action has been called for.
